Return Policy

We want you to love your Desertway purchase. If something’s not right, here’s how we’ll fix it:

1. Return Window

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

2. Eligibility

• Items must be unused, in original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.

• Items damaged due to misuse, wear & tear, or improper handling are not eligible.

3. Process

• Upon approval, we will arrange pickup or provide a return shipping address.

4. Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, a refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
